Few Belgian companies are looking for employees with a mental disability.

Belgian employers show a social commitment, flexibility and understanding towards disadvantaged workers in the labour market. However, due to a lack of knowledge, this social responsibility does not translate into employment in the traditional economic circuit (LME). This is the conclusion of ID@Work, the project that CEC wants to bring together employers and employees with mental disabilities.
