Obligation to hire workers with disabilities, which will change in 2020.

“Law No 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 “for the freedom to choose one’s own professional future” reformed the obligation to employ disabled workers (OETH). It will enter into force on 1 January 2020.

The employment rate of people with disabilities remains at 6% of the company’s workforce, but the calculation methods will change from 1 January 2020″.
